Each episode is a scripted “case file” pulled from real property-management chaos—grease fires, mystery smells, freezer horrors, parking-lot theatrics, and buildings that seem personally offended by the idea of maintenance.

I write the stories and produce the podcast from the perspective of someone who’s worked in multifamily for years and has seen exactly how weird it gets. The narration is then intentionally voiced with a dry, documentary tone that keeps things interesting.

Our industry is filled with stories that are bizarre, frightening, funny, and sometimes downright surreal. Filed & Deranged gives them structure, humor, and a place to live.
